Fuck Bush
Well, CNN is sure airing out the laundry of former FEMA director Brown. Basically, he was completely incompitent and placed in his position only because he was Bush’s bitch. Yes, thats harsh but its true. How else can you SERIOUSLY have your secretary respond to reports on the ground of absolutely horrible conditions with a, and I quote: “Mr. Brown needs more than 20 to 30 minutes to respond to emails since Baton Rogue is back to normal and resturants are much more busy.”
Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with these idiots? I can’t even describe how angry I am right now. I…literally am without words at this moment. Thousands of people have died in America since Bush has taken office. Whether from Sept. 11th and the intelligence he ignored because he was on vacation, or the complete idiocy of the people he’s appointed to positions of power in the following years…I literally can’t think of anything else to say.
All I can hope is that the American people will rise to the occasion when he’s out of office and crucifie him for the hell that he’s put his own people through for his pathetic leadership skills and most of all “strong personal beliefs in people” that he apparently has. Honestly, I’ve never hated a person as much as I hate him. I’ve never wished for harm to come to an individual like I wish it towards him. He’s become a poision to America and whats more, we’ve got three more years of this idiot.
God help us all.
Note: I’ll probably regret this at some point but Im sick of pulling punches in my life. Here is straight, exactly as I think it. If you have a problem with it, then debate it. Seriously, otherwise shut up and go home. Thats the way most Americans do it, you wouldn’t be the first.

CNN has destroyed itself
I’ve spent most of the day watching CNN and some people might wonder why because of their past record in regards to journalistic integrity in regards to the war in Iraq and various other situations. The reason is in regards to the absolutely massive and record setting hurricane Wilma. In regards to past hurricanes like Katrina and its successors they’re one of the few news stations that devoted coverage entirely to hurricanes. Thats the reason I tuned in; even the Weather Channel didn’t have such comprehensive coverage.
However, if you’ve been watching CNN they’ve spent far more time covering a murder in Cali. Yes, a murder involving one person, in one place. A murder that, as of this time, had almost no information regarding it.
Many people, including myself are asking what makes this murder so special. What makes it worth hours of media coverage, on CNN itself!?!
The reason? It was a rich lawyer family and an arrest was made of a 16 yr old boy. Thats right, you can already see connections to Columbine and various other school shootings. Or atleast, thats what the media is attempting to draw conclusions from.
I’ve been watching CNN since roughly 3 p.m. today. Half the coverage has been dedicated to New Orleans, and half to this murder case which occured this past weekend. A tiny sliver dedicated to the potentially devistating hurricane known as Wilma.
So what has irritated me so much about the murder in Cali? Well, lets see. First of all, CNN is grasping at straws. They’ve become obsessed with rumors that the 16 yr old arrested was engaged in credit card fraud because the police department had been monitering the individual as a fringe individual. Whats more, they said he mail ordered weed seeds, growing products, etc. but no evidence has been presented.
Whats more, CNN just recently presented an interview with a “fellow student” who was obviously a member of the “popular” crew who said how the student who was arrested always dressed in black, black trench coat, etc. and said he never tried to “fit in.” Im sorry, welcome to the fuckin goth crowd. No, the majority of them are not Satan worshipers (like Larry King tried to link) NOR are they evil individuals intent on harm. In fact, most of them are just interested in different ideals. Aka, they dont fit in. Aka, the popular crowd (which Im 99% sure most of Cali students are obsessed with) dont see them as “normal” individuals. Which in of itself is a misnomer.
As the panel of four interviewies that CNN collected not a SINGLE one announced guilt in their conversations. EVERY single said that there’s far more here in this case than meets the eye and far more to be discovered. Yet CNN, in all their “objectivity,” were begging for someone to slam and for a sensational story.
Seriously, in these days who can we trust in the media? More and more I believe that there’s absolutely no one in the mainstream media that we can believe in and trust in. Because all they care about is ratings. All they care about is one upping each other. Actually, the only media I trust these days is the independents.
The only media I trust is the personal, private, online individuals who are actually there. Yes, thats right, I said it. The only people I trust are the ones involved. Every mainstream media concept is polluted with political and financial beliefs. Frankly, to be honest and off the wall, the mainstream media can go fuck itself. Cause I’m not buyin in anymore.
Say goodbye to the advertisin guys. Get with the program. Your time has come and gone.

Ok, drawe seriously need to go with tactics
Ok, I know I just gave the Sci-Fi Channels D&D: Wrath of the Dragon Gods and 4/5 but I gotta say something serious here. Who the fuck sets archers on only one wall of a castle when a dragon can go through three dimesions? Seriously, its just not realistic. If you know a “thing” can attack from any direction and even from above or below your present position you dont set in one space. You spread out, you cover all areas.
So, even if the dragon drives from one side you have dozen of archers who can hit him from ALL areas and ALL directions. He can’t dodge, cause its coming from everywhere.
I know, I’m slashing a fantasy movie for it and if they did it my way there’d be no drama but seriously, if you did it realistically within a fantasy world, it’d make it so much better. I mean seriously, why do we have to think that everyone in a fantasy world is a complete fucktard. If they’re in the military they’d understand tactics. That doesn’t mean the movie won’t be scary. Believe me, it’d be easy to make it scary even WITH tactics.
Shit, that stuff just bothers me. Ok, I’m done bitching. Back to the movie.

Sci-Fi is Channel Makes it Right
I’ve spent the past two hours watching Sci-Fi’s Presentation of D&D: Wrath of the Dragon God and I must say I’m impressed. I remember going to see the original theater Dungeons & Dragons movie and it was terrible. It had absolutely nothing to do with the RPG. No character development, no creatures, no abilities, nothing from the actual paper game. We ripped it to shreds and hoped it’d never come out on DVD.
Thankfully thought, the Sci-Fi Channel has lately been resurrecting series that people once thought dead. All you have to do is look at the new Battlestar Galactica series and realize how serious, and how capable they are.
Granted, I won’t say that the new D&D: Wrath of the Dragon God is a great movie, or even a good one its FAR superior translation than the previous attempt and most of all it shows the hope for future adaptations. It actually connects to the canon resources that D&D has developed over the past 20 years. It’s featured Lychs, Dragons, Magi (in the true sense of magic), Warriors, Barbarions, Fighters, and even Rogues. Even the spells and attacks have been true. It’s almost amazing how closely it stuck to capabilities. Even the quests echoed true. Sadly, the writing so far has been fairly weak but I can deal with that. I mean, it is fantasy which sadly isn’t mainstream yet but this brings me hope.
It brings me hope that a fairly mainstream TV channel now is paying for a very sub-culture art. Yes, D&D is an art. It takes a mind to create the perfect fantasy world, and it takes an art for the players to subside into that world. Overall, fantasy is an art. You just have to believe, and suspend belief.
And thats what Sci-Fi is doing. For its effort, I’d give it a 4 out of 5

Whats wrong with the NFL
Ok, Eagles vs. Chiefs. Last two minutes of the game a Chiefs receiver takes the ball at the 9yrd line and then is brought done either in the end zone sliding in or a yard out. Now they’re using multiple video angles to determine.
Please, can someone tell me why the hell the NFL has not built RFID tags into their balls to determine where it actually is, within inches? I mean, the tags won’t add any weight. The scanning technology is dirt cheap. Seriously, how hard would this be? It would change EVERYTHING. You’d only have to set it up to scan once it passed the plane of the end zone. Perfection
Sheesh. They don’t mind using technology for their advertisments and beer commercials but god for bid that we use it for enhancing the game.
Update: Ruling stood. Chiefs 31, Eagles 37. God I hope the Eagles lose. Im prayin real hard right now…
